1. Coverage & Tiers Warranty covers account replacement or re-fill if a ban occurs within your purchased warranty period.
Standard Packages: One-time replacement/re-fill.
VIP GOLD & ELITE 7: Priority processing and Multi-Claim Flexibility. If an issue occurs shortly after a re-fill, we will provide additional support and a second replacement if necessary (subject to manual review by ViperDev/TazmanianDev).
2. Proof of Ban To claim a warranty, you must provide a full-screen screenshot of:
The ban email from the game developer (e.g., Rockstar Games).
The in-game ban message. The account name/ID must be clearly visible to verify it matches our deployment records.
3. Void Conditions Your warranty is strictly VOID if:
You use any other third-party mod menus, free cheats, or public risky glitches after our service is completed.
You share the account credentials with third parties.
You attempt to charge back the payment via PayPal (this results in a permanent blacklist).
4. Claim Process To start a claim, open a ticket in the official
VIP GOLD & ELITE 7: Mention your package type in the ticket for Priority Queue handling.
5. Processing Time
Standard: 24–48 hours.
Elite/VIP: Usually within 12 hours.
